Potato Salad

5 or 6 medium potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 dill pickle finely chopped
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 cup mustard
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)

Cut up potatoes and boil them with a teaspoon of salt. When done drain in a colander and put into a large bowl. Add the ingredients and fold them into the potatoes and put into the fridge.
