Linda's Chile

    Browning meat:
3 pounds rump roast ground into chile meat
1dash salt, pepper, onion powder
3/4 cup onions
2 tablespoons chile powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
    The sauce:
4 16 oz cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons cumin
3 teaspoons dried cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chile powder
1 16 oz can Wolf Brand Chile

 While browning the meat add the ingredients listed under that section when the meat is half way
browned. When it is fully browned add the rest of the ingredients and simmer after coming to a boil for about 15 to 30 minutes. If it is too thick add a cup of water. Serve over rice.
