Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 large bell peppers
1 1/2 pounds hamberger meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon each garlic powder, onionpowder, salt, pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch

Mix meat and ingredients, reserving the cornstarch. Cut the stem end off the bell peppers and clean the seeds out. Sprinkle the corn starch around on the inside of the peppers and stuff with the meat mixture. The corn starch helps bind the meat to the pepper.When stuffing peppers put more than the peppers will hold by stuffing above the rim of each one as the meat will shrink in baking. Bake in oven at 350 for about 30 minutes.
